In a recent episode of Shop Talk, Kevin from Concept One Pulleys fully explains the Concept One custom thermostat housing. When car owners and engine builders need to create extra clearance not offered from their OE thermostat, these custom housings come in great use. They are pointed down at a 6 o’clock position, as opposed to the stock 8 o’clock position, to get them out of the way of frame rails, hoods, control arms, and so on.
This episode is a part of the series by the company intended to better explain the details of the Concept One parts to their customers. Consumers are already giving the company great feedback about the series, as it brings products to life that are hard to explain in text. Concept One Pulley Systems’ Shop Talk Features Custom Thermostat Housing
Concept One Pulley Systems’ new edition of Shop Talk features Concept One’s custom thermostat housing. Shop Talk is a regular video series produced by Concept One Pulleys to provide tech tips and how-to videos.
The latest edition provides details on Concept One’s custom thermostat housing. Customers were finding they had clearance issues with the standard OE thermostat housing. By changing the position of the thermostat to point down at a 6:00 position instead of sticking out at an 8:00 position Concept One’s thermostat gives builders more options for frame rails, hood side, control arm, etc.
